The Round-up planning committee works throughout the year to bring this weekend in February together. We meet on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 6pm. (No meetings in July & August)
Our meeting place is at the A.A. Service Center’s rear meeting room, 2513 James St., Syracuse, NY 13206.

✅ On-Site Weekend Commitment
- Greeters: Welcome attendees and give directions.
- Hospitality: Keep the coffee flowing and the room welcoming.
- Ushers: Ensure sessions run smoothly and help with seating.
🎨 The Creatives
Help us set the tone and atmosphere for the weekend.
💪 High Energy / Planning Required
- Decorations: Assemble centerpieces and banquet decor.
- Entertainment: Coordinate live acts and evening films.
- Talent Show: Recruit performers and manage the stage.
📊 The Logistics
Perfect for the organized “behind-the-scenes” worker.
⏳ Year-Round Planning Commitment
- Registration: Manage Eventbrite and onsite check-ins.
- Printing: Work with designers for programs and signage.
- Literature: Help organize and sell AA-approved books.

Help carry the message through panels and meetings.

- Panels: Select topics and find moderators.
- Alkathon: Organize the 24-hour marathon meetings.
